Acquire must be in Config mode to perform these steps.

1. Select ‘Reports’ from ‘Acquire’ menu

The Reports list will be displayed:

2. Highlight the report in the list

3. Click the ‘Edit’ button

The Report Schedule will be displayed:

4. Click the ‘Email’ checkbox

If an alert appears asking for a valid ‘from email’ address, follow these instructions to configure the mail server.

5. Click the email recipient list field

Note: The email recipient list is the list of email addresses who will receive the report by email. It is located next to the ‘Email’ checkbox.

The email recipient list will be displayed:

6. Enter the name(s) of the recipient(s)

Note:  To send the report to multiple recipients, enter each email address on a separate line.

7. Click the ‘Save’ button

8. Select the desired format from the email report popup menu.

The enclosed report can be sent in one of the following formats:

- Text File

- HTML File

- PDF File

9. Click the ‘Save’ button
