4. Click the ‘Email’ checkbox
If an alert appears asking for a valid ‘from email’ address, follow these instructions to configure the mail server.
Note: The email recipient list is the list of email addresses who will receive the report by email. It is located next to the ‘Email’ checkbox.

Note: To send the report to multiple recipients, enter each email address on a separate line.
The enclosed report can be sent in one of the following formats:
- Text File
- HTML File
- PDF File
