Problems sending Mail

The Mail Queue shows a list of the messages that are currently being sent or cannot be delivered.

The Mail Queue and the Mail Log can be used together to investigate why messages cannot be delivered.

1. Select ‘Mail Queue’ from the ‘Admin’ menu

2. Consult the Mail Log

Follow these instructions to view the logs.

The log files will give a detailed description of why the message cannot be sent.

If it is not possible to resolve the problem then the mail can be deleted as follows:

1. Highlight the message in the Mail Queue

2. Click the ‘Delete’ button
