Viewing Historical Batches

This is an optional feature and will only be available if it has been licensed in the key file.

1. Select ‘Batches’ from the Navigation Bar

The Batch Schedule screen will be displayed:

2. Click the ‘History’ tab

The Batch History screen will be displayed:

3. Click the ‘Calendar’ button

Days that have a batch stored will be highlighted in blue:

Tip: Click the ‘Today’ button to show the latest batches only.

4. Click on a day where a batch has been stored

The batches from that day will be displayed:

5. Double click on a completed batch in the list

The batch reports will be displayed in the list:

Tip: More than one batch report can be added to the reports list. Go to the ‘Batch Settings’ screen to configure which reports are displayed.

6. Double click on the batch report

The batch report will be displayed:

Click the ‘Print’ button to print the report.

7. Click the ‘Close’ button

The Batch Reports screen will be displayed again:

8. Click the ‘Results’ tab

The batch data will be displayed:

9. Click the ‘OK’ button
