Viewing Log Files

Acquire must be in Admin mode to perform these steps.

All logs are saved to file. The default location is C:\Acquire\Logs

1. Select ‘View Logs Folder’ from the ‘Server’ menu

Logs are stored in separate folders:

2. Double click on a log folder

The log files will be displayed:

Log files can be viewed in any text editor.

Log files can vary in size. If they become too large it is possible to limit the number of log files created in the server preferences.
