Profile constantly monitors the status of each RTU and provides an easy to read summary of its performance over time. A daily / weekly email version of this summary can also be emailed to subscribed users, making it easy to keep the system up and running.
1. Go to the Worldwide Mode
2. Click the ‘RTUs’ tab in the Navigation Bar
The RTUs List displays information about every RTU in the selected area, including the last time that data was collected and a status summary for the previous 24 hours.
- Green means that all data was collected over the previous 24 hours.
- Orange means that some data was collected over the previous 24 hours.
- Red means that no data has been collected over the previous 24 hours.
3. Click the ‘Failed RTUs’ tab
This will show all RTUs that have had a problem at any point during the last 24 hours.
4. Double click on an RTU
This will show a summary for each data collection period.
- Green means that all data was collected for the hour.
- Orange means that some data was not collected for the hour.
- Red means that Profile was not able to connect to the RTU at all.
5. Click on a date in the line at the top of screen.
This will show the connection history for that day. Profile maintains the connection history for the previous 28 days.
