1. Double click a station from the worldwide Inventory Menu
2. Use the Station Inventory menu to navigate to a tag
3. Select a tag

4. Click the ‘Add’ button at the bottom of the Inventory Menu.
5. Enter the details as follows:
| Manufacturer | This is the name of the manufacturer of the equipment. |
| Model Number | This is the model number of equipment. |
| Serial Number | This is the serial number of equipment. |
| Data Sheet Upload | Click on the ‘Browse’ button to upload equipment data sheet. |
| Custom Fields | The custom fields will vary depending on the setup. |
| Comments | This is general description about piece of equipment. |
