Major Updates

MET – Approve module
The Approve module is available in v3 of Metrology. There is an additional license required for use.

MET-412 – New option to allow Asset name to be shown in headings
It is now possible to display the name if the item above the station in the calibration and logbook headings, this is set in the preferences the label for this item can be set as well.

MET-418 – New option to indicate that test equipment in a store is not in use.
There is a new option in the store edit screen that allows the user to indicate that the contained test equipment is not currently available for use in calibrations. When this option is selected, the contained test equipment will not be shown in the calibration entry forms. (Users need to have the ‘Server Management / Edit Locations’ permission to do this.)

MET-419 – Scope of stores changed when using extended scope option
In preferences it is possible to allow extended scope of test equipment. This allows test equipment stores to be established that have scope across many stations. Stores set up at the station level only have scope to that station.

 

Minor Updates

MET-394 – Calibration status icon matching.
Under some circumstances the status icon in the Calibration list did not match the summary page. This is fixed.

MET-395 – Equipment information on summary page to be latest
The equipment details on the summary page was the equipment details when the last calibration was performed, this has been updated so it now shows the latest information for the equipment.

MET-414 – Multi-Calibrator equipment parameters.
Equipment parameters have been updated to avoid duplication of parameter names.
