N.B. This must be performed on the server.
1. Select ‘Preferences…’ from the ‘Config’ menu on the server
Note: Preferences can only be modified on the server and not through the web interface.
2. Select ‘Profile’ from the list of preferences on the left hand side of the screen
3. Enter the details as follows:
| Days to Keep Audit Events |
This is how many days to keep the Audit Events. Consult Ambrit before setting this value to ensure your settings are optimized for your system. |
| Default Message Timeout |
This is the default timeout that Profile will use when waiting for a message to come back from the RTU. |
| Process Data Screen Timeout |
This is the number of minutes that the Live Data screen will be displayed before switching back to latest data. |
| Shared RTU Visibility Level |
This setting dictates the level in the Worldwide Menu at which the RTU can be shared. Normally an RTU can only be shared between stations at the bottom level. |
| CSV Archive Folder | This is the path to the folder where the Batch CSV files should be saved to.Tip: This should be on a different drive to where the main Profile data file is located. |
| Hide Stations from Worldwide mode | Select the ‘Hide Stations from Worldwide mode’ checkbox if you have more than 200 stations defined. This will speed up the Worldwide Menu. |
