N.B. This must be performed on the server.
1. Select ‘Preferences…’ from the ‘Config’ menu on the server
Note: Preferences can only be modified on the server and not through the web interface.
2. Select ‘Reports’ from the list of preferences on the left hand side of the screen
3. Select the printer that should be used for printing reports from the ‘Default Printer’ popup menu
Note: This popup menu contains a list of all the printers that are active on the Profile server. All reports set to be generated automatically will be printed to this printer.
4. Select the default paper size from the ‘Report Paper Size’ popup menu.
The paper size will be used when generating either a custom report or a styled report.
5. Click the ‘Browse’ button opposite the ‘Report Archive Folder’ field
This will allow you to select the location where archived reports should be saved.
Tip: This should be on a different drive to where the main Profile data file is located.
