Adding a Logbook Entry

N.B. Logbook will only be available if a Record™ licence has been purchased and is activated on the Station Settings screen.

1. Navigate to the station

See the ‘Viewing a Station’ section for more detail.

2. Click the ‘Logbook’ tab in the Navigation Bar

The Logbook list will be displayed:

3. Click the ‘Add Entry’ button 1

The Logbook Entry screen is displayed:

4. Select the location 2

5. Select an event 3

The entry template for the selected event is displayed:

6. Enter the event details 4

7. Click the ‘Add Attachment’ button to upload attachments as required 5

8. Click the ‘Save’ button to save the changes and return to the Logbook list 6
