You can change user from any Profile screen.
1. Click the 
icon in the Location Bar 1
2. Select “Change User” from the Profile Menu 2
This will automatically log out the existing user and open the login screen:
3. Enter the new Username and Password
4. Click the ‘Sign In’ button
You will now be logged into Profile as that user (as long as valid credentials were entered).
